You may use SnappyInq to create and manage a simple business website. You agree not to use it for:
- Illegal or harmful activities
- Spam or phishing
- Hosting offensive or misleading content
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
2. Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your login info secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use SnappyInq.
3. Payment & Billing
- starting at $35/month with a 14-day free trial
- Auto-renewing monthly payments
- Cancel anytime - service remains active through your billing period
- No partial-month refunds
4. Client & CRM Data
SnappyInq provides tools to store and manage your client information, including contact details, notes, and service history. You acknowledge that:
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the client data you enter
- You must have appropriate consent to store personal information about your clients
- We will not sell or share your client data with third parties
- Upon account cancellation, you are responsible for exporting any client records you wish to retain
5. Quotes & Invoicing
SnappyInq allows you to create, send, and manage quotes and invoices for your customers. You agree that:
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all pricing, line items, and totals on documents you create
- SnappyInq is a document creation and delivery tool and is not a licensed payment processor
- Any disputes between you and your customers regarding invoices or payments are your sole responsibility to resolve
- We are not liable for unpaid invoices, billing errors, or financial losses arising from your use of the invoicing feature
- You are responsible for ensuring your invoices comply with applicable tax laws and regulations
6. Job Management & Scheduling
SnappyInq provides tools to create and track jobs, work orders, and schedules. You acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for the accuracy of all job details, assignments, and scheduling information you enter
- SnappyInq is not liable for missed appointments, scheduling conflicts, or business losses resulting from your use of these tools
- Job and work order data is stored on our servers and is subject to our data retention policies
- Upon account cancellation, job history and work order records may no longer be accessible
7. Your Content
You own your content. We store and display it as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for making sure it complies with the law.
8. Availability & Changes
We may occasionally update the platform or take it offline for maintenance. We may also update these terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any losses related to your use (or inability to use) SnappyInq, including data, leads, or revenue.
